Maybe it's because her new movie The Hottie and the Nottie is a bomb at the box office that is causing Paris Hilton to whittle down to rexi skinny because she's been looking rather thin lately.
We know her sister Nikki Hilton has also been kind of rexi skinny as well. Maybe they're dieting together?
