While I was recently in America, I noticed that a lot of cereal boxes contained a little blurb about how their product can help them lose weight simply by replacing their meal with it. Here is Carrie Underwood eating a Special K cereal bar. Maybe that's how she lost 30 pounds since her American Idol days and beat out Faith Hill in almost every category?


She looks good here - not rexi thin like she had in the past.
