Where did Ashlee Simpson get that 80s dress? I absolutely love the 80s, but I wouldn't have a birthday party to commemorate it. Glad to see that her boyfriend, Pete Wentz isn't wearing eyeliner.

I love this dress on her. Black goes the best with this blue because it brings out the color even more. Glad to see the tights are not present.

Watch the leather tights trend. Celebrities have been wearing it a lot, but I personally think it's hard to wear by the average person.
