Nicole Richie's Diet
Now that Nicole Richie is a mom, her diet sounds a lot healthier. Here is what she says that she eats"
"I eat really bland food – chicken noodle soup, vegetables, fish. I had to cut out milk, no tomatoes, no lettuce. You think you have to cut everything out when you're pregnant, but you really have to cut everything out when you're breastfeeding."
I don't know where she got the idea about cutting out dairy, tomatoes, and lettuce. She's probably already so skinny because she doesn't know that she burns 500 calories just nursing and her diet sounds like she's eating less than 500 calories! Bam! And that's her secret, ladies and gentlemen!
