I've noticed that celebrities who have either gained or lost weight tend to wear baggy pants with sweatshirts to hide their weight for some premiere or concert. Gwen Stefani has said that she loves fashion too much to not want to look good in them (why she loses weight). Even with all those clohtes on, she still manages to look pretty thin.
