Trend Alert: Ruffles


I have never been a huge Carmen Electra fan, but here she is sporting a darker shade of hair and a cute short dress. Ruffles are totally in right now.

She does look better when shes trying to be 'fashionista'...
I like ruffles... although I tried on a dress once that looked stunning on the hanger and awful on me. Unfortunately its a hard trend to pull off for everyone :(
