Well, I don't know if it is actually last year, but Leighton Meester's outfit is "safe, boring, and underwhelmed" in the words of Michael Kors from Project Runway. I am obsessed with that show right now. I finished seasons one and two in less than a week and I'm now watching season three. If you watch Lionel Richie's I Call It Love music video, Nicole Richie wore this look in it except with capri pants.
