This is Jackie Chan's son, Jaycee. He was recently quoted as saying that he'll go on a different path than his Kung-fu fighting father. He also sings, but he's awful. Chinese singers often lip-sync on stage because they sound awful live. However, the Chinese industry is getting better by encouraging singers to sing live.
